John Dozier
In 1972, graduated with a degree in Business from San Jose State University and received his license as a real estate broker. He has been selling residential real estate for 38 years in Cupertino and the neighboring areas, and investment properties in other parts of California, Hawaii, Texas and Arizona. He is a member of Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, RE-Infolink Multiple Listing Services, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
John Dozier Jr.
John Jr. was born in Cupertino in 1982. He attended Kindergarden through High School at the local schools, Regnart Elementary, Kennedy Middle School and graduated from Monta Vista High School with the class of 2,000. John Jr then moved to San Francisco to attend the Academy of Art and study Graphic Design in 2001. After deciding to come to work with Cupertino Properties in 2007 he went on to receive his real estate salesperson license in 2010. Since he came to work he has been handling property management, open houses, marketing, graphic design, and photography for Cupertino Properties.
John and John Jr. work as a team. John previews and shows homes to buyers, and represents buyers and sellers when negotiating a purchase or a sale of a home. John Jr. handles the marketing of the home for sale, and all escrow responsibilities for purchases and sales.
